The apartment is very comfortable. Everything is provided. Good beds, and the bathroom and toilet are spacious and very clean. The staff is very helpful when you have questions. Good public transport connections (tram and bus) to the city center and central station. Stops are very close. Shops are within walking distance. Café-restaurant Wortner is highly recommended.

The location was good. The apartment was clean, spacious and had plenty of natural light. The kitchen was well equipped.
Didn't feel welcomed in any way on arrival.
Elevator not working for major part of our first day. As we're in our 70s, I had checked this prior to booking. We had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor.
Internet wasn't working properly.
Communication with host not always prompt and our issues rather than being acknowledged were met in a defensive manner.
