Lillian was attentive and responsive to my concern regarding the air conditioning issue. She has superb customer service skills. I believe she did all she could do to resolve the issue.
The leaking air conditioner and preset temps at 72 degree that made it uncomfortably warm and humid.

Staff were AMAZING! We had flight delays and trouble getting to the hotel but the lady working the night shift was so helpful. We had a very quick stop but just what we needed. Thank you!

The location is excellent! Can walk to major tourist areas and is ideal if you're going on a cruise.
There was no breakfast option only a snack bar so please change that in the hotel's offerings. That was a huge shocker!

The location was excellent, close to everything.
I thought we would be having breakfast in the mornings only to learn there was a snack bar 😑😦

"Posizione ottima nel centro di Old San Juan, vicina ai negozi/bar/ristoranti, comoda per una passeggiata e vicino al terminal delle crociere.
Stanza carina e bagno grande."
