Great hotel for families. We loved having the platform beds. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The surrounding area was quieter than Asakusa which we appreciated. While the hotel is right by the train, we did not find it to be very noisy.

Spacious rooms in Tokyo are hard to come by and this hotel had them!!! The place was also close to the JR Line train station and within walking distance to several eateries, including the trifecta of 7 Eleven, Family Mart and Lawson.
Check-in process was contactless which was strange. But once we received the instructions, it was smooth sailing. The room was fun and whimsical with the large bunk beds. The washer and dryer was super convenient and while we never cooked in the kitchen, it would be of great use to those who are planning on longer stays.
Housekeeping was on their A-game our entire stay.

Spacious and clean room, new towels delivered daily, and well equipped with kitchenware and washer/dryer. Easy check in/out. I didn’t realize in advance that luggage forwarding companies don’t deliver here but the Yamato office is only a 12 minute walk away. I would stay here again.
