Scattered around the hills of Calcione are several former farmhouses, tastefully renovated, balancing innovation with the conservation of the original architectural structure and character.

Casa del Castagno is the largest house in San Pietro’s villa. It offers a grand outdoor area shaded by a two-hundred-year-old chestnut tree. You will immediately feel at home and inspired to slow down and relax. This house is ideal for families and friends seeking to gather in a comfortable environment. Imagine sharing time together while the kids can safely play outside with direct access to the San Pietro pool. You’ll enjoy looking out over the quiet valley down to the lake and the canoes that await those eager to explore the lake shores and beyond.

The house has five bedrooms, a beautiful fully furnished kitchen, four bathrooms, and a lovely living room– all just a few metres from the Castle.
