Location

Nothing

The place is exactly as described, had a nice kitchen and bathroom, ideal for couples, has a charming balcony and a plethora of restaurants, bars and Fado tascas downstairs, close to everything including public transportation and tourist spots. It’s located at Bairro Alto, if you like to party this is the place to be, very calm during the day, but at night it’s lively, filled with happy noises of people having fun. Light sleepers and people with mobility issues beware. Lisbon is hilly and this place is high, Ubers and bolts usually do not have access, be prepared to roll or carry your bags for at least a block. There is a nice welcoming package, with a lovely note a bottle of wine and earplugs.

The internet password provided did not work and the host did not see our request until the next day, in the end the password was on a sticker under the modem, it was great information, because the next place we stay in Portugal had the same issue and we did not even have to contact the host, because we already known where to look. I would suggest that they have alternative ways to contact the host posted somewhere on the apartment. We would stay there again on a heartbeat.

Location is very loud but is understandable since the location is in the middle of the bars and pubs. Is a great location. The host left us earplugs because the location is noise, thank you!

Internet originally provided did not work but the host gave us another network and connected successfully. In our last night we wanted to get some rest but unfortunately the party very close to us last all night and we could not sleep. It was a though return trip home.
