Our stay at this property exceeded all expectations and was truly one of the highlights of our stay in Dali. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. The property itself was beautifully maintained, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to feel at home right away. What made the experience especially memorable was the exceptional hospitality from Aaron. No request was too much trouble, and he always responded with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, answering questions, or ensuring that everything was comfortable for us, Aaron consistently went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable.
