There were 2 bathrooms available that while compact, were perfect for my family. Room sizes were good. Beds reasonably comfortable.
Parking was a hassle and I ended up with a parking fine for being approx 1 inch over the next door neighbours (double) driveway. Garage and driveway were too small for our hire car (a Jeep Cherokee) to park in or on. Road that property is on has little or no street parking.
House was cold despite it being summer. Venetian blinds were old and let a lot of light in of a morning. Beds had only summer duvets on them. I found 1 thin polyester blanket that was too small for my double bed. TV only had Youtube operational. No local channels or subscription available.

Enough space in general, very close to the BART and some restaurants, and the parking garage is a real plus.
There is also a guitar!
The table in the kitchen takes some space, but that is not a major issue.

Convenient location near the BART in quiet safe neighbourhood, comfortable beds.Fine for a base but not a nice place to spend time in.
It is a lot more dated and scruffy than the photos suggest, it's basically like a student house. The kitchen in particular is not pleasant and we didn't really eat in for this reason. There are damaged fittings, the shower door got stuck shut and the whole cubicle nearly collapsed when I tried to lift it out- not safe! Saying there is parking is misleading. If you have a large car you cannot put it in the garage or on the drive, street parking is restricted from Mon-Fri 9-5 outside and all neighbouring roads. Luckily we stayed at the weekend otherwise I have no idea where we would have parked.
