The Hosteller Mumbai, International Airport

The room was clean. The staff were very nice to me.

The room at the ground floor was moldy/musty, when you turn the fan off the smell is strong.

No place for drying wet clothes

Amazing Staff available 24/7 . Great Location near Airport but also I liked the area...which is interesting for foreigners I would say. My room had issues and I was upgraded. Overall there are some points of improvement but this is a professionally run place and I am happy with my stay.

Maybe the Hot Water issue could be improved.

Close to the airport so made landing early hours a painless process. 24 hour check in and the host was efficient with sorting our booking. Beds were comfortable and aircon good. Certain times for hot water but otherwise the shower had good pressure and water was hot during designated times.

I upgraded to a room with a bath but the bath was absolutely not usable. The tub was grubby and poorly maintained. The bathroom otherwise was clean though. The rooms are fine but they don't look as nice as the photos, they're a little more worn. The payment really annoyed me as they 'decline' your card through Booking.com so that you have to pay through their external link. I was dubious about doing this and was worried it wasn't secure, or if I had an issue then Booking has no control over the money. Also they add a transaction fee on, which isn't much (£4), but annoying all the same.
