Everything was lovely, comfortable and clean
The staff could be warmer and more welcoming when receiving guests. A friendly greeting, a brief introduction, and clear guidance on who to contact or where to go for assistance would make a significant difference. For those of us visiting the province for the first time, these small gestures create a sense of comfort and reassurance.
