This is an amazing location. The view is real and amazing. Charming community and right on the beach. However NOTE: 10am checkout! Seems like no extensions. The cleaners come in 9:45 You cannot even leave the luggage at the property You will get 8+ emails with pages and pages of unfriendly legal languages. I could not find the check in email in the flood of messages. The neighborhood is charming but there is a homeless encampment right outside including dogs that bark through the night. People were not aggressive but visibly impaired. The property is on the landing and takeoff path of the airport. The traffic starts 7am sharp and goes through the day The property has a lot of stairs. Small elevator could get you to the bedrooms but not to the living area. Doors downstairs are broken and do not open. Beds are basic and squeak on every turn.
