La comodidad y la cercanía y el parking

Excellent location and undercover parking at the property. Excellent staff. Pretty much brand new renovation of the unit.

The building is under renovation. It has extremely poor street appeal. There are no extra blankets and the season is changing so we were cold a couple of the nights. Aside from this all linen is provided and is mostly fine but the sofa bed pillows are like bricks. I had to procure my own for one of my kids.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It’s perfectly situated, making it easy to reach everything we needed during my trip—shops, restaurants, and public transport are all close by. The apartment itself is well-equipped with all the required facilities, making my stay very comfortable. Check-in was absolutely smooth. The instructions provided for accessing the keys were clear, detailed, and made the whole process hassle-free. It really shows that the host has put thought into ensuring a stress-free arrival. A major bonus was the availability of a secure parking space in a closed garage—especially convenient and gave me peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place with great amenities and excellent communication from the host.

We liked Everything

Great apartment and location, just a train ride away to Florence. The host was great, gave us clear instructions on how to check-in and check-out. The kitchen was well equiped, the bathroom as well. I highly recommend the place if you're interested in having a trip to Florence or experience the surrounding area of Prato, which was a really nice town with loads of places to eat or hang out!

There was nothing I didn't like.
