Excellent location for the exceptional view over the lake

Nothing to say here

Everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean, modern, and fully equipped. The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of Lake Como and a great base for exploring the area. The communication with the host was outstanding, and the check-in process was simple and convenient.

Nothing at all. Everything was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location. Very quiet area. Nice apartment. Lots of basic cooking essentials available including cooking oil, spices, condiments, etc. Cooking foil, cling film available. Plus laundry detergents, shampoo, washing up liquid etc. Bathroom items routinely supplied as stated in description, but all nice. Some of the kitchen items may well have been kindly left by prev guests but many apartment rentals remove these items when left. We were grateful for them being left available either way. Bed linen was spotless as we're the towels provided. Balcony and patio chairs located in both areas.

The code for key lock given to us was incorrect. Took several call attempts to speak to WI. We also had received an email without some links to various instructions and the description of how to find the keybox, which of the apartments was ours within the building, and we were only sent that important info during our 3rd call to WI. My pregnant daughter was with us en route to her place and didn't need this mishap. We were then given what may have been the prev code as it may not have been changed leading on to our next thoughts, which was that the apartment was very nice but it looked like it had been cleaned in a hurry. Two things we noticed were that there was a large empty vaping capsule left in the lounge area clearly visible on the floor and the toothbrush holder cup was not clean in the bottom with residual tooth paste build up from prev guests. We didn't get the new code given in the phone call subsequently emailed to us, but luckily my daughter memorised it. Despite so many items being avail when we finally got into the apartment, there were no coffee pods for the coffee machine at all and we were by then gasping for a nice coffee! It was only when we finally received the further instructions that we found out the make. The parking was also hit and miss as building materials for the accommodation opposite were being stored on one of the spaces and neighbours were utilising the remaining space, possibly for same reason. Otherwise it was an extremely tight drive down a very narrow 'drive' which we had to reverse back up as there was nowhere to turn around or do 3 point turn as a covered car was being stored right outside outside our apartment gate. A lovely place to stay but a little too quiet if without a car and a disability issue.

Peisajul, unitatea de cazare are toate utilitatile necesara.

Locatia este intr-o zona izolata. Nu sunt restaurante in apropiere, apartamentul era plin de paianjeni, murdarie in baie, patul este defect, salteaua este foarte veche, fara masina esti izolat total. Am stat 6 nopti si nu a venit nimeni sa faca curatenie sau sa schimbe prosoapele de baie.
