It is a fairly modern flat, with a very comfortable bed, a very nice bathroom, and it is very clean. Also, the host is a very nice lady. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is on the first floor, which is good. It is in a post-Soviet era block of flats, so during the day it can get quite noisy inside because you can hear all the neighbours. However, that is just a reality of the building and does not reflect on the apartment itself, so it is nothing really bad. The location is not far from the centre of the town, and there is a small shop and a small bakery nearby. In general, it is a good place to stay.

Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!уютная чистая квартира!всем рекомендую!

The apartment is located in New Rustavi, just next to a big park. As Rustavi has quite a few areas that could be considered "center of the city", the quality of the location depends on the purpose of your journey - but the apartment is close to the Shota Rustaveli circle (where the sovjet Hotel Rustavi as well as the Rustavi Mall are). When arriving, don't be shocked by the outside view of the building (a very old sovjet housing block) - the inside of the apartment is renovated and in good condition. It's just as in the pictures and you have a big lot of space to live in. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They even came over at midnight to turn on the warm water (which depends on the heating system - so remember to tell them you need warm water at Check-In in order to save yourself from the same problem...).

Maybe it was only due to a language barrier we had (the owner does not speak any English so she needed her son to translate) - but neither Check-In nor Check-Out did work out at the appointed time. However, the owner did rescue the situation with her friendlyness and hospitality, so it wasn't that much of a problem.
