Grand Palace Hotel & Resort Dhaka

Lovely clean modern hotel; good shower, wifi and breakfast.

Breakfast variety should be increased by adding a few more items. To minimize food waste, a clear policy should be implemented stating that if food wastage exceeds 20%, an appropriate penalty will be imposed. This will encourage better portion control, responsible handling, and reduce unnecessary food waste. It was in a beautiful location, right in the heart of Dhaka. The staff, especially their bellboy Atiqul, deserves special mention for his exceptionally warm, courteous, and unparalleled hospitality. Offering a special discount for returning guests would make them feel more valued and appreciated, while also encouraging their continued loyalty.

Cleanliness and breakfast.

The AC was not working properly at times.
