All good. All clean. All available. Nothing more to be expected for that price. Also the included breakfast is unbeatable. Everytiime again.

Price of breakfast
The price of breakfast was quite high....

The friendly staff and reasonable price were definite advantages, but the hotel could benefit from some improvements to the rooms, beds, and breakfast.
However, the rooms felt somewhat tired and could use some renovation. Unfortunately, the bed was quite worn and sagging, which made it less comfortable than expected.
The breakfast was rather limited, and many of the options were quite greasy.
The location was also not quite what I expected from the hotel photos. The surrounding area felt quite run-down, so I think it would be helpful for future guests to be aware of this.
