Very spacious, comfortable and great communication

Only one bathroom

I liked the location of the property near the Central Bus Station, Metro Police Station and also Train Station in Victoria which is accessible in public transportation. The home was equipped with a very clean atmosphere which is good in house keeping even the kitchen ,lounge , bathroom and all bedrooms. All pillows in the lounge was attractively arranged and no smell of the pillow. All kitchen utensils was clean and they also provided us with complimentary condiments, sugar,tea, coffee, laundry pods , dishwashing liquid and etc.which is good to all customers that forget to bring their own shampoo and body wash. The home is equipped with a very good home system lock as no one will come to the property easily as there is code they will give to you. I liked the bathroom is like a Japanese Zen atmosphere.

I don't liked the entrance of the property as it is at the back of the pub and it is hard to pressed the code of the gate and also to open the gate if your not pushing hard enough in order to open. The staircase was bit unwinding and the location of the master bedroom and the second bedroom was all underground and if it is too much rain , the water will build up outside and the drainage was not good enough. The wifi is not good in the area as it is not working well and also the big smart television was only for a display that we can't use to watch television when you come home after going out. We used the wifi of the pub near the property as wifi guest but it is temporarily.The location at the back was not nice when someone in the pub getting a septic tank removal as the person doing is making the property a big messed as all the dirt coming out in the hose was accidentally poured in the property vicinity outside including windows and the walls with a very too much disgusting smell and dirt. Luckily we arrived home early and we see the person who make a big messed and we reported immediately to the owner and taken photos in order there will be action taken out to clean the property or else if we didn't see and report. The property was in a big messed as it come from septic tank.All yellowish faeces splashes in the wall of the gate of the property and also windows. The front entrance of the property is not use for entrance as there is lots of old piled of newsletter and mails. Carpet was very old. You can use only when your going out of the property instead using the back door. The bathroom cubicle or glass is not all surrounded close and the water will over flow in the bathroom mat and floor when you have a shower. No side table in the second bedroom as you put your phone for charging .

Very clean and comfortable accommodation, felt like it was newly refurbished. Great location for our stay, only 10min walk away from the Chelsea Flower Show. The host was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay again.

Entrance from the street down to the entrance is quite steep, just a heads up if you have accessibility issues or lots of luggage!
