Clean and spacious, wonderful with the 2 toilets for amount of people we had. Beds were comfortable, shower good. Kitchen was awesome good for cooking meals, good stove.

Perfect for where we needed to be. The house was clean and tidy. Also warm, which is a big thing for me, I need sufficient heating. The backyard was great for the kids to play in.

No coffee provided but we got a delivery from milk run so it wasn't to bad :)

It had a second toilet.

First glance at the house shocked us that it was such an old home in and outside, Firstly I almost broke my knee when I opened the front door there was a second ledge you had to step over, it made me trip and I hurt my knee. It’s a serious Health hazard! Then once inside the fridge was leaking water all on the kitchen floor, when we went in and we had to use the mop to clean it all up. The sink was Dusty with dead moths in it. It was also freezing and we had to wait a good hour for the rooms to warm up. The beds ?? The mattresses need to be thrown out, they sag badly in the double beds and the two single were rock hard my adult kids struggled to sleep both nights well we all struggled to get any real sleep. The back bedroom had sheer see through curtains, and so to get undressed you either turned the light off or went to the bathroom. We also got woken several times both nights because the house next door bathroom light kept coming on and shining straight through the pathetic see through curtain. We felt our privacy was not respected. The bed only had a thin doona on the beds, no top sheet and it was not warm at all. The whole house is not up to standard and for the amount of money we paid it should have been less than $400. Oh and we weren’t told the house was near the train lines nor The flight paths were low planes were waking us up all night. We stay in lots of places and some are not good but this house needs serious attention and a good clean and bring it up to scratch. Around the inside windows it’s disgusting dirty and mouldy. I hope the owners read what I have written As the place is just far too neglected to be renting it out. The hosts were very lovely to deal with But that’s the only good thing about the stay. Sorry!
