The apartment was exceptional. Clean, spacious, modern appliances and really fabulous. Octavian and the team were very attentive and friendly, there was literally nothing to complain about at all. Everything had been thought of, and the apartment came with cooking materials, a first aid box, washing machine with detergents, even games and books for our 10-month old. Lovely pool and outdoor area as well, with outdoor cooking facilities and plenty of sun loungers and a small pool for infants too. Taxis into Heraklion centre were £15-20, and an easy walk to many restaurants and beach clubs from the apartment.
Nothing to flag here at all. The apartment went well beyond our expectations.

Lovely Villa with everything included, they literally thought of everything, starting from the entrance with sweets and games for the kids, even a trolley for shopping is provided, inside the apartment cleanliness was perfect, a fully equipped kitchen with everything required, good AC and a lovely terrace. Can not fault them with anything, communication was great, especially the greek lady who assisted us was very kind and helpful.
The property was great, maybe only some guests were a little noisy when they were returning late at night, but otherwise it was a great stay.
