The pick up location is very close to the airport, plus there is a free airport shuttle included in the renting price so it's very convenient and makes the process a lot more smoother.
The VW Crafter van has all the needed equipment included, the extras are really not a must, just a nice-to-have. We did not purchase any of the extras, and we did not miss anything during our trip.
We were only two and we totally recommend it, there is enough space and storage for the both of us. This was ideal for us to travel around Iceland comfortably and in a cheaper way ;)
Nothing I can remember.

Close to the airport with free pickup. Check in and out was easy, staff friendly. The Rental van had more or less what we needed.

Had almost all necessary things inside, even wifi router. Lots of free bonuses (games, extra blankets, extra gas cylinders, food from free shelves).
Bed linen was old, not ironed, pilled, and the fasteners were broken.
No hooks inside.

I enjoyed the flexibility of being able to stay at whichever campsite we liked. Also cooking our own meals was great.
