Property offered a perfect stay. Finding the location was a bit hard with the maps, but it is easy to get to from the Dharamkot centre. The propertyis well maintained and was really clean. The staff was so hospitable and provided very pleasant and friendly service. The food also was excellent. We regret having food from outside. We could only have it for one time from here and it was excellent.

Staff was very accommodating, they checked us in in the middle of the night, brought us umbrellas in the rain and were very helpful overall. The room was clean and in a great location, peaceful but close enough to things.

The food and food service was only okay.

Location ok, just a steep ten minute walk into the centre of Bhagsu. Room superficially decorated well. Shower very good.

I was very disappointed in quite a few things. The room was damp due to a leaky tap in shower room and no ventilation, this led to damp bedsheets and even my clothes becoming damp. Bed was advertised as a double but was actually 2 single mattresses next to each other which was very disappointing. The photos of room showed there being a small outside area with a couple of chairs to sit outside, but I was on ground floor so didn't get these. Inside room there was only two stools which were not comfortable to sit on for long periods so I couldn't really just relax in room. Lack of reception or common area means it is quite isolating if you're a solo traveller. I didn't stay for the last night as I became ill which may or may not have been due to dampness in room.
