It was a good price, we had the whole house to ourselves, and it was pet friendly. It was a short drive to the NEC, it’s close to the city centre but not in it, the neighbourhood it’s in was quiet.
Could’ve been a bit cleaner, but for the price I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, so it was fine. It’s tucked in a back corner between two other houses, and the street numbers were a bit confusing and difficult to see when we first arrived at night, it wasn’t really a problem but maybe just consider adding a description of where it is to the listing or letting people know when they book.

I love the interior decoration and how neatly arranged it was. and the provisions of basic day-to day household use. Also, i love that the host was accessible because i was able to reach him over the phone when i could not get the hot-water. The kids enjoyed the front and garden space.
it was just a little bit dusty but was not a problem at all.
