Silvia was super helpful and handled everything we needed. The location was great, the place was really nice and clean, and it’s quiet enough to just relax en enjoy. Really had a grea time here.

We encountered a significant issue with the neighbor, who apparently has a history of conflicts with previous guests. The individual struck our wall and approached our door, aggressively demanding that we lower our music, despite the fact that we were not playing any and were simply a family of five quietly watching a movie after dinner. This disruptive behavior was quite distressing during our holiday, particularly given the neighbor's erratic demeanor. Upon discussing this with Silvia, we were informed that these incidents are recurring and were advised to contact the police should the neighbor return. It is our recommendation that management takes definitive action to resolve this ongoing matter. Aside from this concern, the property was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This person never came back so it was all good at the end.

The location was perfect and it was very clean

Definitely needs some updating and money spent, some of us found the beds uncomfortable, myself and husband stayed in the twin room, and although there wasn’t a dressing table due to lack of space, the room didn’t even have a mirror, which is in my opinion is an absolute must and would not cost or take a lot to pop one on the wall. Also no towel rails in both the main bathroom upstairs or the downstairs toilet

It was in a good location for where we needed to be and with the gated community and swimming pool it made it a great base. There was everything we needed in the property especially in the kitchen. The property was very clean and tidy.

The bed on the top floor was a little hard and could do with a mattress topper to soften it a little.

Brilliant location, Sylvia was excellent. Nothing too much trouble. Great villa, well stocked. Javea is lovely

Could do with a little update but very clean
