The owner is very nice and the place is good for the price. It was cozy and had AC and everything for your basic needs. The house is part way up some stairs but if you go all the way up there is a little "tunnel" with some shops and that leads to one of the main roads with shops/close to the center. The tunnel is across from a Hesburger and it may be convenient to come from that road than go up the stairs.
Be aware that there is a hill and stairs leading to the place and it was a little hard to find but the owner lives close by. Also there is only AC in the bedrooms (which are also a little cramped) but the "kitchen"/bathroom can get pretty hot.

nous n'avons pas voulu nous laver le matin
nous avons dormi tout habillé, même si les draps étaient propres.
la collection d'éléments en mauvais états, le raffistolage de la toiture de la piece a vivre même si elle ne paraissait pas fuire
