The location was perfect . Close to everything you would want to see in Bordeaux , including the Tourist Office and the lovely public park for sunbathing ! Excellent bars and restaurants within 5mins walk
It was a little cramped and the spiral stairs within the apartment plus the stairs to the apartment might be difficult for some to negotiate.

We were met by a very nice and helpful property manager to let us in. The location is great; a nice grocery store nearby and a lot of sites within walking distance. The bathroom is fairly recently remodeled and we liked the skylight above the shower.
The lighting is dim, the bed is too hard for our taste, and except for the bathroom, things feel a bit dated and dingy. The windows open, but they open onto an air space between building walls without a view.
