Location was perfect, easy walking everywhere.
For us older folk, there were too many stairs.

Superb apartment right on the water. Better than my own house.

location is great..
would have been nice to be advised about the building works cranes, diggers, concrete pump trucks 15 yards away on the pier from 7am till 4pm..

We always take our own breakfast when away from home. However, the coffee was great to have.
There was nothing we didn't like - we're planning a return trip. Akaroa is one of those "The road in is the road out", so there are no through travellers. It was very quiet when we were there.
