This comfortable apartment is located close to Cours de Medoc tram stop (B) in Chartrons near some lovely restaurants and across from the boardwalk/river. It's a pleasant 20 min walk to either La Cite du Vin or old City. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, so lugging suitcases was a challenge especially after the good shopping in Bordeaux! It was 30 - 35 degress celsius the 3 days that we were there and though there were fans, the smaller of the double room was quite hot/stuffy esp if you need quiet to sleep. The beds were comfortable and there were spare towels available. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is quiet and in safe area, and the neighbours who we met were friendly.. Access to the apartment was very easy with Jonathan, our concierge, meeting us there. He'd been in touch a couple of days in advance and gave us great tips for things to see and do - aside from the guide provided as part of the booking. He also allowed early access to the apartment - as we'd journey from St Emilion early morning, which was great, allowing us to dump the cases, freshen up and start exploring the city.

Re the infamous bathroom door, they have now put a partial screen on the door, but really it should replace with solid slide doors - especially as there is good ventilation in the bathroom. The second bedroom is quite tight on space - so may need to be considered on the group staying - it worked for us as only one person in the room.

Un premier contact avant notre arrivé appréciable, un échange constructif permettant de se rendre à l'adresse sans se prendre la tête suffit de suivre les instructions très claires. un très bon accueil, des explications et des conseils sur la ville rien à dire. un conseil prévoir un bouteille d'eau au frais à disposition serait un plus. merci

Appartement très confortable et propre, bien équipé, idealement situé par rapport au centre-ville. Idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants. Décoration agréable.

Situé au dernier étage l'appartement chauffe beaucoup, pas de climatisation.
