Located in the heart of Dubai Harbor, check-in was hassle-free, and the tram stop is right outside. The apartment is very comfortable (I stayed with my family) and equipped with everything I needed (including air conditioning). There's a Carrefour supermarket and a 24-hour restaurant in the building. Dubai Marina is about 15 minutes away, and JBR Beach is about 20 minutes away. I recommend it as a base for exploring the beaches and sightseeing. The owner was very helpful, responded quickly, and was always available.
Several new buildings and a road are currently under construction in the area. Work is ongoing 24/7, and there's some noise and traffic jams. However, the windows are very well soundproofed, so you can't hear a thing from inside.

Locatie, uitzicht
