The best location in Lyon! Very cute accommodation typical Lyonnais vibe with great view!

The location of the property was excellent, very central and convenient for getting around. The space was also warm and bright, which initially gave a positive impression.

However, our overall experience was disappointing due to serious hygiene issues. The apartment was not properly cleaned, and the bed sheets provided were clearly dirty. When we requested a replacement, the owners insisted that they were clean and our request was not accommodated, which was unacceptable. Additionally, there were no hand towels provided in the bathroom, which we consider a basic necessity. We also sent photos highlighting several dirty areas in the apartment, but received no meaningful response or acknowledgment. Furthermore, the bed located on the upper level was very uncomfortable and felt unsafe. The ladder used to access it did not feel secure, and the space itself was extremely small and low. The ceiling height in the sleeping area was so limited that we had to bend down significantly, making it very difficult even to lie down comfortably. Overall, despite the great location and the brightness of the space, the serious hygiene concerns, lack of basic amenities, and poor handling of our complaints significantly impacted our stay.
