Apartment was beautiful and spacious in a great location.
Locks were a bit complicated to use …the code in the app didn’t work when we needed to enter.

Great location only a few minutes from the El Retiro Park, some cafes nearby and small Supermarket just around the corner.
The apartment is nicely decorated, modern and clean and beds are comfy, 3beds and 3baths with a separate WC, comfortable and spacious kitchen and bright living room.
The customer service team was also very friendly and allowed us to drop bags before the checkin time, which did help a lot.
There was some construction work happening in another apartment in the building which caused some moderate noise during the day. It was particularly annoying when entering or leaving.
The apartment doesn’t come with anything like coffee bags or tea which would be a nice touch.

The apartment was well located and parking in the neighborhood readily available. There was plenty of room for 5 adults to spread out and the well equipped kitchen was nice. We appreciated the washer/dryer and clothesline to dry our clothing.
Initial communication with the manager required multiple calls to booking.com before our arrival. We didn't receive the code to the front & apartment doors until 11pm the night before our arrival which caused some stress. It took a couple of tries before the door codes worked and once in the apartment it was several hours before someone found the door keys. Being told about the door keys beforehand would've avoided unnecessary concern about apartment access.
