Very clean and tidy. Location was perfect for access to everything we needed.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű apartman, a nappaliból kilátással a tengerre. Minden szobában és a konyhában van klíma. Összesen 3 fürdőszobája van.

Kávéfőző hiányzott a konyhából.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W 10 min dociera się do ważnych miejsc, tj. plaży, sklepu (działa 7/24), pętli autobusowej.

Niestety głośno działająca klimatyzacja przy jednym z pokoi była uciążliwa.

The location was excellent. Having arrived late Tuesday evening, we experienced a complete flooded ground floor on the Thursday morning after a storm Wednesday night, I have video and photographic evidence. Also a noisy, failed water/hot water supply pump in the garage which had to be removed and repaired by an engineer/electrician which left us with no water for the day. Due to the storm and the blocked drainage the sewage/faeces had a back flow into the toilets and had to be cleared by a plumber. We were unable to contact the agent, named Robert (name provided by a local neighbour}, because there was no contact number in the apartment nor for emergency services either. In addition, the air conditioning fan on the outside of the main bedroom was excessively noisy. As a result the air conditioning had to be turned off over night to enable sleep.

The lack of sufficient air conditioning at night, the initial flood, sewage problem and noisy water pump. The unavailability of the agent to help except when contacted by a neighbour. He said that he would offer us a 'good deal' to stay in the upper apartment for the same period next year but, unfortunately, we neither heard nor saw him for the duration of our holiday. The problems were also reported to the local police and emergency services without success. I will be contacting Booking.com for some form of compensation due to the problems that we experienced and lack of a welcome pack with local information i.e. Emergency numbers, local amenities, agency contact number, nothing.
