The location of this apartment is fabulous, you're right amongst everything. We had a view of the tower & loved being able to hear the noise from the street below, but once you close the windows & shutters, the noise is shut out. Perfect. There was a coffee machine with a couple of coffee pods, air-conditioning & the bed is nice & big and very comfortable. There was even space for 2 bags on the luggage rack (often it's only one), and a clothes rack with plenty of hangers. Tomas was excellent to deal with & even ensured we had a contact number when he wasn't available. There are stairs, but that's normal when you're staying in an old part of the city. We'd stay here again.

Very minor, but there's only 1 hook in the bathroom, so nowhere to keep towels in there. And there's no ceiling light in the bedroom so it's pretty dark, with only lamps & a LED strip light. Wouldn't put us off staying here again though!

The location was very good and central. Apartment was clean and had all amenties we required for a short visit. Well maintained apartment and communal areas.

It was a compact apartment and, on hindsight, a bit small for 3 adults as the 3rd adult slept on a sofa bed in the living/kitchen area.

Small studio apartment, very clean and great value for money compared to other places . Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Tomas kept in touch with me all the time and when he wasn’t there taresa was also very sweet .

Something not in their control but the noise from the tram which goes right next to the property and people going up and down stairs late at night and early mornings . Very thin walls I guess . Again something which I’m sure you’ll find with other places also but The parking place Closeby ( praca de Lisboa ) is a ripoff ! Please don’t park there they charged me 91€ for 3 nights ! There’s no daily parking charge option .

The location was amazing

There were some issues with the property. The door handle on our front door broke, when we called for assistance the property manager said he would be over shortly but did not come or check in again the entire time we were there. The front door to the building also had a broken door handle. No one came to fix it. The iron was burned and was not replaced. The ironing board had a big burn mark on it.
