We stayed at Mair am Graben Farm Chalets and had a wonderful experience. The chalet was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and equipped with a kitchen and all the necessities we needed. The owner, Marlena, is a very kind, professional, and welcoming person. She and her husband generously helped us carry our luggage to and from the upper floor, which we greatly appreciated. The location is absolutely beautiful, situated in the Dolomite Mountains with stunning views of picturesque green meadows and surrounding landscapes. There is also a farm next to the chalet with chickens and cows. Marlena’s daughter and her son, Gabriel, kindly explained many things about the farm, the cows, the milking process, and dairy production. Marlena’s husband even demonstrated cow milking in front of us, making the visit both enjoyable and educational. I would also like to mention that Marlena kindly contacted the owner of some alpacas and arranged an appointment for us to visit them. It was a lovely experience to see these animals, which are similar to llamas. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable stay. We highly recommend visiting this chalet and would be happy to return in the future.
