Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es ist alles da gewesen was Mann braucht.

Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat war das warm Wasser in der Dusche. Es ist immer zwischendrin kälter geworden.

عدم المساعده من قبل المظيف حين طلبت سرير اضافي وطلبت التمديد ولم يوافق فقط نصف ساعه ولا يوجد غلاية مياه في السكن .

Lovely apartment . Very modern and comfortable. Beautiful terrace/ balcony area. Well equipped kitchen. Great pool area on the roof. Fairly easy to get around as a choice of 2 bus routes within 10 min walk from the apartment. Handful of restaurants within an easy walk and beaches also 10 minute walk.

The rental agency require you to sign up to their own website portal which was cumbersome. Direct communications asking advice about transport was met with rudimentary answers only. On arrival we were greeted by residents of the building who initially seemed somewhat abrasive in their manner toward me. Later they did apologise but it was a poor start to the stay. The issue seems to be that the residents/management of the building expect that holiday rental agencies meet guests in person to advise of the many rules of the apartment building etc. however the agent offered a virtual check in. This seems to be the cause of some tension. It did not affect the rest of our stay but I feel it should be highlighted to the rental agency. In addition, the 4pm check in was strictly enforced meaning that when we arrived at 20 minutes to 4, we were left standing outside the door and the rental agency staff were not able to give us the code to enter and were dismissive in their manner on the phone.
