Good size apartment, very well organized, clean; underground parking place, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very good communication with the owner.
Some minor adjustments would be helpful, like curtains/blinds at the kitchen window (the sun shines directly on that window in the morning), a microwave for quick heating food.

New building - the elevators still have protection on their walls and the apartment has the smell of new furniture; all it’s needed in the kitchen; walkable distance to the city center; pet friendly with a pet friendly park next to the building and the Olanesti river where it’s ok to let your dog unleashed alongside the river, underground parking
The weather is cold, so a thicker/fluffier blanket would be lovely.
