The owner was very friendly and communication was excellent. The apartment worked well for us visiting for the Winter Olympics. Easy 10 minute walk to the metro. Short metro rides to just about anywhere in the city. Nice little bistro cafe and restaurant nearby. Grocery store along walk to metro. Apartment was spacious and clean. Nice complex with friendly neighbors. Apartment was quiet and well insulated. Highly recommend. It was nice for the two of us to have more room than just a hotel room. Having a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen made our trip so much more comfortable. And it is very affordable, an excellent value.

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks while we attended the Olympics. The location was great for us because the metro is an easy 8-10 walk down the street . It was only 2 stops from the Milano Ice Skating arena, and we could get anywhere we wanted in Milan directly or with just one metro line transfer. The apartment was immaculate and very homey. Everything you would need to cook meals. Lot's of storage places to unpack. The bedroom had a double bed, and one of the couches was a sofa sleeper. There was a espresso machine with coffee pods I used every day. Washing machine available, we did not have need of it. We did use the iron and ironing board. All the windows opened up and gave nice air flow, as well as 2 standing fans. There were 3 TV's. The only thing the apartment did not have was WiFi. The apartment has an elevator, the front building door is locked, and rhe complex is behind a high locked fence. The area was very quiet. Our hosts had good communication. When our overseas flight got delayed by 6 hours, they were there at 9:00 PM with a smile to give us the keys and show us the ropes. When we ran out of toilet paper, they delivered a big package for us. There is a coffee Cafe across the street, a restaurant around the corner, and a supermarket down by the metro stop. The area felt safe, we were coming home after midnight each night. I would stay there again. The rates were a great value, and made our Olympic trip possible.
Only negative was no wifi, typical for Europe
