Location is really close to train station. You do have to walk stairs also in the streets and in the building. Its not much for Genoa, but if you have disability or just hate stairs, this might not be the best for you. There are multiple smaller grocery stores in about 7 min walking radius, same with metro/bus stations, so you can go anywhere in the city. I would say location was quiet when we were there (october). Also seemed pretty safe. There were most of basic stuff you need in kitchen (no tea kettle though), beds were comfy. I would also say it was clean enough for the price range. There was waching machine, hanging rack (both inside foldable, and outside italian strings). No problem with hot water at all. TV has many stations, about 10 of them with movies / shows, and you can switch audio on some to english. Remote might have been a bit faulty, we had to turn the TV on with button physically on the TV, and then you could use remote for switching channels. Owner was communicating with us via whatsapp, and usually replied in one hour. All in all, everything was good, no big problems. apart from internet stuff described below.

NO WI-FI! Unfortunately this place does not have wi-fi! Which in this age i think its a pretty big minus. There was a small USB device that you could plug only into the computer with limited data, which was unfortunately also not the best speed. But if you dont have computer, you just have to use your own mobile data. Also it was pretty cold. But we found out that the heating is not working in whole Genoa until 1st November, so this is not fault of the owner!! Its just how Genoa is. I guess 3 days after we left, as i am writing this, the heating is already working. So we just got bad timing
