Location was great, close to the bus stop and you can get everywhere.
It was also close to the University of Manitoba.
Everything was great and the host was very responsive to any request.

Everything was so clean and well maintained that I was surprised to hear that we were not the first guests to this location.
All appliances were brand new, furniture was brand new, great TV & sound system, and all the bedrooms are in the basement, so it was just cool enough to get a great sleep every night.
Layout is great, property owner is very responsive to any question I had. I came to Winnipeg for a family reunion and I’ll be staying here for the next event this summer!
There could have been more simple staples - for example, no ketchup or mustard, a pepper mill but no salt shaker (though was a box of salt), no spices, and could have a couple more kitchen towels.
