Repère Sauvage, Hôtel Lodges & Restaurant

La lodge dans les bois, en plein nature, très bien équipée et décorée nous a permis de passer un weekend relaxant. La piscine au bord de l’étang était un cadre idyllique pour profiter d’un été à rallonge.

Très bel établissement familial et respectueux de la nature. Belle construction avec des matériaux de qualité. Un séjour en pleine nature où le silence est roi ! Une équipe aux petits soins.

Stunning setting - the grounds are beautiful. The pool was also lovely but cold - it needs to be a higher temperature. We were cold and our children were shivering in the middle of August as the swimming pool wasn’t warm enough.

The restaurant manager is incredibly rude (I had a big argument with him, long story). The food and drinks took a long time to come. The waiting staff didn’t seem to know the menu. We ordered the steak, potatoes and salad one evening. Only steak and potatoes arrived. We asked the waitress if there was meant to be a salad and she said absolutely not so we thought oh ok that’s strange and because she was so adamant, we continued eating thinking maybe we had got it wrong. We then saw her go into the restaurant and check the menu, she then came back and said we were meant to have had a salad but by that time we had already finished the steak and potatoes. She then randomly bought bread on its own after the main meal. And then brought the green salad out in a bowl after we had finished our meal. The waiting staff didn’t check on us which is what you expect when you go for a nice meal. This place is lovely and has so much potential to be amazing , but it is not refined enough. There are many things missing in general and it is just not quite there yet.
