Location! Close proximity to many places, by foot or by car..the Location was perfect!
The temperature in the upstairs was bit warm, the windows were very old and didn't really open easily making it a bit stuffy. And the "rules of the upstairs thermostat didn't allow much for adjustment". The garage sizing should be listed in the description because, this was a prime factor for renting the property...only to find out after booking, rental information included that a larger SUV or Truck would not fit...which happened to be very inconvenient for us, but we managed the unexpected, added expense to our trip, which was not for leisure, but for a very stressful medical procedure at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital!
