Serenity Sands Island Glamping

Splendid experience and I would re-live this stay again for sure. Very remote serene place where you feel like you own an island 😁 The fact that the place entirely only has 10 tents makes it really a private experience and of course, the nature around, the sea and sunsets here are to die for. But thanks to the entire team who was very responsive and nice to us, place manager called We and his whole team - you’re the best!

I am a fastidious person but I can’t pick anything I really don’t like! Maybe the prices at the place, I must admit things on the menu are kind of overpriced but it is very understandable since you get the remote secluded island experience where there are no natural resources around apart from the ocean.

The island itself is small, not outstanding but ok for a short break three to four days maximum. Very limited in resources, the staff were nice and helpful within their capabilities.

We couldn’t sleep at all the first night due to the amount of mice in our glamping there were around 10 to 15 everywhere around us going through our belongings, there was no way to contact reception at night time, it was a nightmare. Requested to change glamping the next morning which was granted, again a few visitors come in at night but this time in shorter numbers, we had to sleep all night and the following night with all lights on and it helped to keep the mice away. Not a place to return to ever again, our expectations of a good holiday at the resort were ruined, we received an apology from the resort manager but when asked what are they doing to tackle the problem very little or almost nothing is being done other than using traps.
