8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026

Really helpful friendly staff in the pub showed me the room and recommended a great place for breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfy and I slept well. Great location in centre of Swanage, not far from seafront. There was a power cut in Swanage, staff gave me candles.

The shower filled up with water. I could hear other guests and I worried about them hearing me.

The location is great friendly staff

10 / 10Eccezionale·set 2026

Secure parking, comfortable room, great location.

Shower drainage slow.

5 / 10·set 2026

It suited our needs as purely a base in which to sleep having visited friends in Swanage.

The bathroom needed attention. The shower enclosure was in need of a thorough refurbishment. There was black mould on the tile grout and the silicone sealant was in poor condition and unsightly.
