We loved the amazing mountain view from the balcony. The apartment was spacious with complete facilities, and the check-in guide was detailed. The host responded very fast.

Still, we met many inconveniences. The parking map was blurry and unclear. We arrived late and all free spots were full. We parked on Rue Henri and only found it was a paid zone the next day. We could not pay the parking fee afterwards, and the required app was only available for French Apple accounts. We are anxious about possible fines. The host only notified us shortly before arrival that the original parking area was closed for construction. Rubbish disposal and cleaning rules were only sent one day before check-out. As overseas visitors, we spent much time learning French waste sorting. The bed linen caused skin irritation and seemed to gather dust easily. The stool was unstable, a light switch was taped up, and bathroom extractor fans were broken, which explained the notes asking guests to dry the shower and leave the door open.

Clean and good position

Lack of parking Local person very unfriendly when we tried to unload cases before we parked the car building works starting early

Great views from the apartment. Very comfortable property and well equipped. Enjoyed having the pool to ourselves.

Parking not available when we were there and parking nearby not always easy to find. A fairly long walk to Annecy centre.

The view, the view! We loved the apartment, it was clean and functional with a lovely balcony to enjoy the amazing view of the mountains. A 15 minute walk to the beautiful lake and a bit further to the old town. Great to have a washing machine to do a quick wash on our travels. Felt very secure and very helpful instructions for everything. Would stay again.

Key box a bit difficult to access. They kindly made up the sofa bed, but as others have said, something really needs to be done about the mechanism which squeaks loudly every time you so much as move. I found the mattress quite comfortable, but was just so noisy! It really needs some attention! Pillows were also a bit lumpy and could do with being renewed. All through my communication with them, I never felt I was actually talking to a real person, as their replies were always polite but seemed to be AI. Not a big problem, but it was a bit odd.
