The property is very close to the airport and is gorgeously curated, in a well-protected and safe building. The house itself is honestly better than many hotels I’ve stayed in and has pretty much every need taken care of from the moment you walk in after a long journey. It was pristinely clean and incredibly comfortable. I was only there for one night, but I genuinely wished I could have stayed for a month. What really sets this stay apart, though, is the customer service. Victoria went completely out of her way to answer every question I had and make sure I was comfortable. She not only helped me settle in, but also made sure I woke up really early for my early morning flight and helped arrange a cab when I didn’t have cash, even paying for it herself so I wouldn’t have to worry. That level of thoughtfulness and care is rare and really made the stay memorable. I only wish I could have stayed longer, and I genuinely hope anyone reading this gets the chance to stay at this amazing property.

Nothing

I booked this stay for my mother, who is in her 60s, and whenever I arrange accommodation for her, my priorities go beyond comfort and aesthetics. I look for security, reliability, and people I can trust to help her if she needs anything while she's away from home. From the very beginning, the experience at Ultimate Safari Retreat was exceptional. Everything went smoothly, and my mother felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. There was a housekeeper who helped her get settled, assisted with her needs, and made sure she was comfortable throughout her stay. Knowing that she was in good hands gave me complete peace of mind. A special thank you to Miss Victoria, who was always available whenever we needed assistance. She was reliable, professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Her dedication and willingness to help made a huge difference and turned a great stay into an outstanding one. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her time here. In fact, during a previous stay in Nairobi, I had booked her into The Concord Hotel & Suites, which she also enjoyed, but she told me that she preferred Ultimate Safari Retreat because of the warm, personal attention and the overall experience. For anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and trustworthy place to stay, especially if you're arranging accommodation for a parent or loved one, I highly recommend this property. Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of my mother. We truly appreciate it and would not hesitate to book again.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and is very close to the airport. The check-in instructions are very clear, making it easy to enter. The apartment is clean and perfect if you need to stay somewhere close to the airport. The building also feels very safe and secure.

There was no hot water in the shower. Both my husband and I took a shower, and even after waiting for the water to heat up, it never became hot.

Good location, host quick response, nice view at night, safe

Wardrobe had strong smell I couldn't keep my suits inside, really bad smell. Chicken every morning since 6am start to make noises, you will hear it. I stayed there for 5 nights, only once bedsheets and towels been changed.
