We had a wonderful stay at Eldeak Hotel Apartments. The staff are young, incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was very easy throughout—especially with Belal, who was fantastic. Our suite was beautiful, with lovely views of the Old Nile. It also had a washing machine, and even the detergent was provided. The area was wonderfully peaceful, without the constant horns and traffic noise we’d experienced in Cairo, Qena and Alexandria. Breakfast was good and served quickly, with no waiting around for coffee. The team also kindly adjusted to our schedule: we had an 8 a.m. tour to the Valley of the Kings, so they prepared breakfast for us before 7. After our tour, they let us leave our bags in the room until 4 p.m. at no extra cost. That was incredibly thoughtful and made our day so much easier. A lovely place to stay, made even better by the warm and accommodating staff. Highly recommended!

It seemed that there was some problem with the internet provider in the neighborhood, so unfortunately internet was not so great.

Great value with responsive and helpful staff. Good location if staying on West Bank, and simple but delicious breakfast! Decent WiFi!

New building but needs a bit more clean. Shower situation is interesting, basically the whole bathroom is level with the shower. Can combat this with requesting a squeegee- it helped a lot after we took showers. Ac works great in bedrooms, but living room is open to outside and cannot be climate controlled
