Staff was friendly and communnciation was decent evenn though they didn't speak English. Our room was upgraded to one with windows. Little Y from the reception was very helpful and polite. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the location was 5 mins away from Guangqumenwai station annd had several restaurants and convinience store nearby.
Would love if they had a common space to hangout.

The staff was exceptional. Especially Ms. Song who ran out to get us some salt so we could rinse a cut I got. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station.
Bathroom and room were very small and the location isn’t actually correct in the booking app. The location listed here is about half an hour from the actual hotel. Our cabdriver luckily called the hotel and managed to figure it out.

The girls at the reception were super welcoming and helpful. Staff in general is also really welcoming and ready to help you if needed. Communication was never a problem and they were always willing to help me with translation.
The fact that there was no separation between the bathroom and the shower.
