Everything we needed for our weekend stay. Shops and pubs a 5 min walk away. All rooms were of sufficient size, clean and tidy.
Heating was on a timer and the house was too hot and we could not turn them down. The outside bin was full so we struggled disposing our rubbish at the end of our stay.

It was a lovely property. The beds were company pillows were lovely. We've actually bought some because they were so nice.
We came to Preston for my son's strongman competition. This was in a perfect location for a couple of pubs bowling which was local Blackpool trip and his competition. We would definitely stay again if he comes back.
