We had a very nice stay at this flat in Venice. The apartment was clean, modern, and in a great location in Cannaregio — close enough to walk to the main attractions while still feeling quieter and more local. We especially enjoyed the canal views and the neighborhood restaurants nearby. Communication and check-in were smooth, and the host was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. There was an odor issue in the kitchen area during our visit, which the host explained was related to recent septic tank maintenance in the area. We appreciated that they acknowledged the issue quickly and handled the situation professionally. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this flat to others visiting Venice.
