Better than expected!

This was a very nice home for our fishing group. My father, brother, cousin, and friend stayed very comfortably in this three bedroom home. The home was clean and well equipped with more than everything we needed. There is a nice boathouse and dock for our two boats, as well as a nice cleaning station for our daily catch. The cleaning sink has a freshwater supply to help with cleaning, and has a tabletop on each side, but we found that using a cutting board made filleting our fish easier. There is a large screened in back porch, with plenty of seating, fans, a gas grill(we used one time), a small refrigerator, and a table for outdoor dining and relaxing after a long day on the water. There is a nice fire pit and seating area outside, but we didn't use it on this trip. There are smart televisions throughout the home for those who like to keep up with the news or their shows. We were all able to wash our clothes and return home without a weeks long pile of dirty clothes in the provided washer and dryer. The location is just a couple of minutes drive to the nearby free public boat launch. Our whole group loved the place, and we hope to return next year.

Nice place to stay. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent AC!! Good parking for two boat trailers. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Wonderful back porch. We loved having the boat dock off the main river. Perfect fish cleaning station. Would definitely stay again.
