This quirky little house is well located in Kalispell in a safe, lovely older neighborhood- convenient to restaurants and parks and good for taking strolls. A touch keypad made entry and departure a breeze. The 3 levels each offer something. The lower level (basement?) has a laundry room, study, mini living room, two bedrooms and a full bath. The main floor has the kitchen, very small bedroom, a full bath and a living room and dining room. The upper floor (attic?) has a huge king bedroom, a twin beds room and a full bath. The house owners were very responsive to communications and needs. We appreciated the supplies - toilet tissue, soap and shampoo, conditioner etc. The kitchen has spices! Be aware that the house does not have central heating and air; it relies on a space heater and fans for temperature comfort. A sweet little front porch - but with an empty flower box! Beware - the stairs to go both upstairs and downstairs are very steep, so if you have an older person in your party, you'll want to put them in the bedroom on the main floor. This is an old, quirky house, but we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house.

The house was clean and had very comfortable beds. Check-in was also super easy. The only hiccups were with the amenities.I specifically picked the house because our group wanted to stay somewhere with a hot tub. Upon our arrival, we discovered there was none to be found. We also planned to use the outdoor BBQ, but it was so dirty that we didn’t want to cook on it. Finally, the “fire pit” was really just a small rusted cage. I informed the managers about these issues and they have since taken the hot tub off of the description. So instead of the 3 stars I was going to give - they get 4 stars.

House and property were outstanding. Great location and suited our family well. The host was quick to respond, answering any and all questions. Looking forward to our next trip to Montana, and would definitely stay here again.
