Roomy and lovely yard for playing in. My son and I were visiting the area and it was a great home base for the week with all the essentials we needed

Super friendly host with great communication. The house was perfect for our needs and is great for a quick stay or an extended stay!

We loved this property! The only downside was it took awhile for it to cool down inside with the AC but it was really hot the weekend we stayed. But you could tell they were working on the house still but it was close by to everything

Very clean and comfortable home. My brother and I (58 and 65, respectively) brought our 91-year-old, blind father to Butler to visit with his remaining two siblings and other family members. It was the perfect place for him as it was just one step up to the front door, everything is on one level, the living/entertaining area was spacious and open. The bedroom with the two beds was perfect for Dad and my brother to share so that my brother could help Dad to the bathroom at night. Beds were wonderfully comfortable. All of our guest for our mini-reunion (at one point about 20 of us altogether) raved about the location and ambiance, and many asked me to pass along the link to the property so they could recommend it to other out-of-town family and friends. We would definitely stay here again! Host was always quick to get back to us with any questions.
